OWG future porter service

Dear Glenn

I will email you the ideas we had  so fa based on feedback from leaseholders and problems we face with the current set up. 

It is important to highlight that the redundancy process is based on the extinction of the role currently performed by Adrian and the reassignment of his responsibilities along with  material cost cutting.

Therefore, any possible solution has to have that in mind.

We were  advised by the lawyer not to talk to Adrian regarding future services to avoid any misunderstandings regarding his redundancy and conflict of interest. 

We can talk about this further on the 22nd otherwise please feel free to call me.
