Thank you for your email and questions. Please, see below my answers:


Please could you confirm that the flat does not have any intruder alarm?
The apartment DOES NOT have an intruder alarm.

Please could you therefore let me know if the building has any other security features (eg CCTV, doorman etc) that may make an intruder alarm less important.

The building has a CCTV camera at all its entrances. They are constantly monitored through multiple screens, 24/7 recording and, obviously the system is maintained regularly.
There are 2 doormen working in the building. One of them is living at the premises. Also a security company is covering for the doormen if both of them are unable to attend.

The building is showing on our flood map as at risk from surface water flooding. This is of course not an issue if the flat is not on the ground or basement floors. Please could you confirm that this is the case.

Absolutely. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
