One Warrington Gardens - Updates, Invoices and House Rules

Good afternoon everyone,

Further to my email below, I now attach the updated Rules for the House and Garden along with a copy of the new service charge budget for 2018.

The Directors are working hard to move the redecoration project forward and we hope to have a further update for you on this shortly.  The AGM is being scheduled for 1st May, the paperwork will be sent to you in due course.

Your invoices for service charges and ground rents will be sent in the post today.  We are legally obliged to post all invoices but we will issue copies by email as well, please let me know if you would like us to use alternative addresses for any communications.

If you have any questions about the running of the building or about any of the attachments please do not hesitate to contact us.
