Hi,
Yes, good idea Yvonne.
And yes, Delia, I am OK with a 3pm start but I think Anna asked for a 4pm start.
Delia, before you ask WB to send anything out, please be aware that, following my discussion with Mr Haggis, Anna and I have been following up with him on a notification of Board appointments (see attached) and whether we should send a proxy document to all leaseholders, with a default to the Chair for anyone who doesn’t have a specific attendee to ask. This should strengthen our position in the event of any hostile resolutions.
I would suggest that we send all three documents in one go.
Anna, I am happy with the latest draft of the “notification”. So, unless anyone has any comments, it should be ready to go.
Do we have a standard proxy document? Or maybe WB has one? We should check it before despatch.
Cheers,
Glenn.

Hello Yvonne,
I think this could be a good idea. If we go ahead with this, I think we should ask them to submit their questions by noon on Monday 12 November, in time for us to review during the Board Meeting.
If everyone is in agreement, I can instruct WB19 to send an email and letter to the leaseholders and I can add ‘review of leaseholder questions’ to the Board Meeting Agenda.
I am conscious of the fact that we are consistently adding to the Board Meeting Agenda, and I would therefore suggest we move the meeting forward to 3pm. Would this suit everyone?
Kind Regards,
Delia.

Hi All,
It occurred to me last night, in the interests of having a smooth an EGM as possible on 19th, we should send an email out to Leaseholders requesting that if they have any questions, they submit them by email or in the suggestion box. We are sure that many will have similar concerns and it might be a good idea to collate them and address responses accordingly.
In this way we may have fewer people getting up, stumbling through their grievances or questions, and not covering the same points in different words – as happened in May.
What do you think?
Regards
Yvonne
