Dear All,

Please find the revised (and hopefully final) version of the Agenda for our meeting on the the 12th.

Note that I have added ‘Communication Structure’ (item 9), as this is something we need to address in order to run things as efficiently as possible and to avoid misunderstandings and things getting lost in endless strings of communication.
