Hi Yvonne,

Yes, I am aware of the concern and I will certainly inform everyone that we
cannot answer Freehold questions.

Whether you or Flavio wish to answer as a courtesy (or just explain the time
will come) is up to you but it won't be considered to be part of the EGM.

Dear Glenn,

 

Just a thought and gentle reminder - though I am sure you would have thought
of it yourself anyway - the EGM is about management and not about freehold,
so if any questions come from the floor I trust, as chairman,  you will
deflect them for us.  Freeholder matters will be discussed at a separate
meeting when the time is right.  It would be wrong and unnecessarily time
consuming to get involved at this meeting.  I'm sure you will agree and you
are very good in this way.
