Things you need to know

You can get onto BT Wi-Fi as long as you’re in a BT Wi-Fi hotspot, your laptop, tablet or phone has wireless internet access and you’ve got your public wifi turned on. We’ve got a Fair Use Policy. If you exceed it, we won’t charge you for over-use, but you will need to log back in again after every 30 mins. Each hotspot is limited to 13 users.
