Mr Album private meeting concerns

Dear all,

Just to clarify this and be fair to Glenn. When we spoke with Delia on Saturday I told him to talk to my husband about a possibility of the two of them meeting with Mr Album befktexthe EGM , since Flavio has spoken with him before and there will be a witness. 

Flavio thought about it during the weekend and told me that he thought a more public meeting would be better and said this to Glenn today. 

Anyway, I just thought I would clarify with Glenn if he wishes to proceed with the meeting alone and inform other members of the board, to ensure we were all on the same page.
