Progress Report 2018

Dear All, 

I have made a few amendments to the Progress Report that Anna originally drafted (thank you for your work on this Anna!). These are as follows:

I have added to the Porter Service section and have added an ‘Out-of-hours/ Emergency’ section. I have also added a ‘Garden' section and a report for the Interior Refurbishment. Please have a thorough read and let me know if you have any thoughts or comments, in particular if you think there is anything to be added or to be omitted. I would be very grateful if you could reply by end of day tomorrow to allow me time on Wednesday to make any amendments. 

I am waiting for Peter to send me a report for Maintenance, but as he is currently away for work and extremely busy, he might not be able to do this in time for me to send to Oliver for distribution to leaseholders on Thursday. If this is the case, the Maintenance section will need to remain as is.
