Out of hours/ emergency service

Hi All,

I am personally not in favour of this John thing as a line was drawn when he previously left our employment. I have had another couple of ideas which I intend to explore next week, when the Eddie contract is out of the way and I urge you not to make any decision till our meeting. We must clarify what would constitute a personal call out as opposed to a block emergency. This must be clearly defined when we institute this procedure. It is a service which I think we should provide, but, to put it brutally, we are not an odd-job or care-home. This is a helpful additional service.

Kindest Regards,
Yvonne

Hi Glenn,

Let me check with John… could we make it 16.30 (for half an hour)? I think it’ll be tight for me to gat back in time for 16.00, and I doubt we’d need more than half an hour with John.

Thanks,

Delia.
