Dear All,

I have emailed Oliver instructions to distribute the following to the leaseholders at OWG:

EGM Agenda
Service Charge Accounts 2017 Cover Letter 
Service Charge Accounts 2017
Progress Report 2018

I have attached the above for your perusal. Please save the files attached over any previous files, as these are the final versions. I also advise you have read of the final version of the Progress Report. 

One quick question to you all: 

Should we ask Oliver to distribute the Progress Report ONLY to tenants, so that all residents at OWG are kept informed? Or would this be inappropriate because of financial figures it contains?

Perhaps we can prepare a version of the Progress Report which omits figures?
