EGM Agenda, Accounts 2017, Progress Report 2018

Perusing not yet done - but had a quick chat with Delia accordingly and we
reckon that for the moment the report should go out only to long
leaseholders,  those entitled to receive such financial information, along
with the Accounts. 

 

Quite possibly long leaseholders do chat with neighbours who are tenants.
That is up to them.  I have never distributed any thing financial to my
tenant, nor would I.

 

We can review and send later next week if you think fit.

I have emailed Oliver instructions to distribute the following to the
leaseholders at OWG:

 

*	EGM Agenda
*	Service Charge Accounts 2017 Cover Letter 
*	Service Charge Accounts 2017
*	Progress Report 2018

 

I have attached the above for your perusal. Please save the files attached
over any previous files, as these are the final versions. I also advise you
have read of the final version of the Progress Report. 

 

One quick question to you all: 

 

Should we ask Oliver to distribute the Progress Report ONLY to tenants, so
that all residents at OWG are kept informed? Or would this be inappropriate
because of financial figures it contains?

 

Perhaps we can prepare a version of the Progress Report which omits figures?
