Dear All,

I notice a typo in the last minutes I sent, whereby I put both Out-of-Hours and Articles of Association under item 8, instead of filing them under item 8 & 9 respectively. I have rectified this and attach the final draft. Please save this over any previous drafts sent in order to avoid confusion.

Glenn, please print & sign this copy for approval & filing. Alternatively, I can print a copy here when we meet on Wednesday.
