Dear All,

Please find attached a draft of the agenda ahead of our meeting next Wednesday.

Please let me know if I have missed anything or of there are changes that need to be made to it before I distribute the final draft.

I have attached the file as a Word document to facilitate editing on your part. My apologies if the draft looks messy (different fonts, layout etc), this is due to the fact that I prepared the draft on my Mac, which uses a different programme to Word, and when I save it as a Word document for non-Mac users to review, it messes up the fonts and layout etc. This is just a temporary document for you to review and edit if needs be; the final PDF file will look fine. 

Will Oliver or Crispin be attending this meeting? Has anyone informed them?
