Dear Residents,

We hope you are enjoying the summer weather.

As temperatures start to rise please could you make sure that windows and doors are kept closed and locked when you are not at home.  Several burglaries have taken place in the past few days, and we have recceived a number of reports that unknown persons are once again using house intercom systems to ask residents to open their front doors.  We have also had two reports of identity theft, where an individual's mail has been regularly intercepted in order to falsify information, gain access to bank account details and steal money.

Please take care to close the house door behind you and report any suspicious behaviour to the police.

Please do not let anyone in to the house unless you know who they are.
