One Warrington Gardens - East Wing Lift

Good afternoon everyone,

I hope this email finds you well?

Otis attended 1WG following a break down with the East wing lift.  The Technician who attended carried out a full and detailed inspection and was pleased to report that there was a clear fault report for this particular breakdown and advises that he has processed an urgent request for replacement parts.

The Technician has shut the lift down as a precaution.  Unfortunately, as the parts are being shipped from overseas it is likely that the lift will remain out of action until Monday.  Otis is dealing with this repair as a matter of some urgency and will if at all possible attend to the repairs sooner if the parts arrive earlier.

In the meantime we will keep you abreast with any developments and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
