Interviews

Dear All,
I think it is best and crucial we discuss this matter in person at the next board meeting.
On a slight side note, please that I have been allocated two roles, secretarial and building aesthetics which includes the current interior refurbishment.
Although I am happy to overlook the aesthetics, in future we will need to pay WBM a fee to manage any such projects (E.g. building exterior). By all means, I can be the main point of call on the board if needs be (except for finance), but I don’t think it is correct for a director to have to manage such projects, for free, given the amount of time that needs to be dedicated to it. We have managing agents after all, so we can pay them to do exactly that... manage.
I also think that WBM should start attending board meetings in their entirety and, as the secretary to the company, draft the minutes. I believe this is the norm, and that Barley Chambers used to do so also.
I am hoping to have some time either tomorrow or Monday to draft the agenda for the meeting on Thursday.
Kind Regards,
Delia.

>>> I understand that scheduling appointments it`s time-consuming and can be confusing….nevertheless we have never been asked (to both our email addresses) the Fabris' availabilities for the week of the 8th. We are always very keen to fulfil our board duties, but it is simply disrespectful to be considered the “replacement" of other directors. It is so disheartening to be on the receiving side of such a low standard of social interaction.
>>>
>>> On another and related, topic, to keep planning all Board’s meetings around only a couple of directors' agenda could be quite frustrating for the other directors. Happy to discuss this topic at the next board meeting and to help to revise the Board schedule.

As far as you and the OWG board members are concerned, both antonella at santini.co.uk and family at fabris.co.uk are used by the Fabris family, unless stated otherwise in the single email. I hope this clarifies the emails matter.
