One Warrington Gardens - Chair lift installation to East wing stairwell

Good afternoon everyone,
I hope that this email finds you and your families well?
I would like to advise that contactors will be on site on Thursday 30th April to install the chairlift to the staircase in the East wing, in advance of the East wing lift modernisation.  The works are scheduled to start at 9:30am and will be completed the same day.
Throughout the duration of the works the East wing staircase should not be used unless in an emergency.
The contractors will be observing all sensible and necessary precautions with regards to Covid-19 throughout the works and will if in the event of an emergency leave a safe pathway on the staircase to allow residents to evacuate the building.  The staircase will be fully sanitised and cleaned on Friday 1st May, following the completion of the works by the cleaning team.
