Some of our prices are going up

Hello,

>From 1 April 2020, we’re putting up some of our line rental, broadband and fibre broadband bundle prices. The price of our Call Essentials UK Unlimited call package is going up too. We’re also increasing some of our call charges and the price of some of our network calling features.

We know price rises are never good news, but they’re necessary so we can keep investing in the services we deliver to you. If you decide to cancel any of your affected services, we won’t charge you for ending your contract early, as long as your business has ten or fewer employees. You just need to call us on 0800 678 1268 within 30 days of getting this letter. If you move to another provider, you’ll still need to call us so we can waive the termination charge. Otherwise, it’ll automatically go on your next bill.

We’re always looking for ways to give you more value.

Things you need to know
If we increase the rental price of your fixed line, broadband or mobile service during its minimum period, and you decide to stop the service or switch to another provider, you’ll have to pay a fee for ending your contract early. We call that a ‘termination charge’. You won’t have to pay that if your business has ten or fewer employees, but you’ll need to call us to cancel within 30 days from the date you get this letter. If you move to another provider, you’ll still need to call us so we can waive the charge. Otherwise, it’ll automatically be added to your next bill.

Bear in mind that other charges might apply if you want to stop services that aren’t affected by a price increase or the increase isn’t for the rental of fixed line, broadband or mobile services. To see all of our prices, please go to bt.com/pricing. And our terms and conditions are at business.bt.com/terms
