Thank you for enquiring about our payroll service.

*Registering your employee*

To provide us with your new employee's details you should use the link
below:

You must have the following information to hand:

   - Employee name, address, email address, telephone number, date of
   birth, marital status, NI number (if available) and start date
   - Pay information (rate, working pattern, frequency, net/gross etc.)
   - Employee's circumstances at the point of starting for you (e.g.
   working for someone else, first job this tax year, student loan status etc.)
   - The contribution rates you wish to use for any pension. Typically this
   would be the statutory minimum rates, i.e. a 3% employer contribution and a
   5% employee contribution.

If your employee is able to supply a P45, please forward parts 2 and 3. If
they have provided you with an paper P45 you should retain this for your
own records and must not return it to them.

*Premium Service*

Our Premium service costs an additional £24 and includes:

   - Provision of a contract tailored to your individual requirements.
   - A contract amendment service to make any changes to the contract which
   might be needed at any time during the service period.

*Paying your subscription fee*

If you are paying your employee on a monthly basis we charge £216pa for the
standard payroll and pension service and £240pa for the premium payroll and
pension service. If your employee is paid weekly then it is £348pa for the
standard payroll and pension service and £372pa for the premium service.
These fees are for a single employee at any one time and discounts are
available for additional employees.

If you wish to use our services, please make a payment for the appropriate
fee directly into our bank account as soon as you have submitted the
information using the links above. Payments should be sent to: Sort Code
20-48-70, Account No 33689808, Reference : 225845.

*Important Notes*

   - We must report all payments to an employee to HMRC before they are
   made. The initial setup can take up to two weeks so please ensure you
   submit your registration information in plenty of time.
   - As an employer, it is a legal requirement that you have Employer's
   Liability insurance in place. We can provide this cover for you at a cost
   of £94pa if required.
   - All employees must be provided with a contract of employment prior to
   starting work. If you are using our Premium service you should allow up to
   a week for us to draft the contract.
   - We would caution prospective employers that a high proportion of
   template contracts available online or from nanny agencies do not conform
   to current employment law. In many cases use of these contracts could
   result in the employer not only losing any case taken to an employment
   tribunal but having any award against them increased by up to 25% as a
   penalty for not conforming to current legislation.
