Dear Mr Phelan,

Thank you for registering for our service.

We acknowledge receipt of your initial information and we will be in
contact again over the next 1-2 weeks to provide you with more details
specific to your requirements. It can also take 1 or 2 weeks for a new
employer's PAYE scheme to be set up by HMRC if this is required.

*Subscription pricing*

As you are paying your employee on a *monthly* basis, we charge:

£216 per annum for the Standard payroll and pension service
OR
£240 per annum for the Premium payroll and pension service (includes
tailored contract)

Please use the following details, to make a payment directly into our bank
account: PAYE for Nannies Ltd. Sort-code: 20-48-70 Account Number: 33689808

Please ensure you use the client reference number quoted in the subject
line of this email, followed by your surname, as the payment reference.

*Premium service - contract required*

then we will need you to use the link below to submit the contract
information (if you have not yet done so):

*If your employee is able to supply a P45*, please forward parts 2 and 3
(scanned, via email preferable). If they have provided you with an paper
P45, you should retain this for your own records and must not return it to
them. A P45 can only be used once for a new employment.

*General Information:*

We have attached a document with some important general employment
information in relation to the payroll we operate for you. It is *ESSENTIAL*
that you read and understand the contents of this document as you may incur
penalties with HMRC if you do not.

Unless you have already made payments to your employee that you have
notified us about, then you should defer the initial payment until after
the first payslip has been issued to comply with HMRC rules on declaring
payments. If you choose to pay your employee a net amount on her pay day
without having received a payslip first you will be in breach of HMRC rules
and may incur a penalty.

If, however your employee needs to receive some pay before the payslip has
been issued, you may wish to extend her a loan which you reconcile and
agree between you (provided this does not exceed £5000, this does not have
to be reported to HMRC and is exempt from tax and National Insurance).

Please note that we use email as our primary channel for day-to-day
communication.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries on any aspect of
your employee's pay or employment.

Yours sincerely,
