One Warrington Gardens - external refurbishment

Good morning everyone,

As you are aware the external refurbishment works are scheduled to commence at the end of the month.  However, they will be beginning works earlier than was expected and will now be starting next week.  They will be working on the ground and lower ground floor doors and windows prior to the scaffolding going up on 28th March.

A more detailed update will be sent shortly but can advise that the contractors will be working on Monday - Friday only and from 8:00am - 5:00pm.  We are assured that they will endeavour to complete the works with minimal disruption.
