Good morning everyone,
The gardeners will be carrying out a grass treatment on Tuesday 29 March 2022. The treatment is a granular formula and should be applied in dry conditions before rain and if the weather doesn't cooperate may need to be postponed. It is safe for humans but is recommended that pets are kept away until the application is rain fast.
Any queries please do feel free to speak with the gardeners on the day and they will I am sure be happy to assist.

Good afternoon everyone,
I would like to advise that the fox deterrent treatment that was scheduled to take place on Wednesday was postponed. The team will now be attending on the afternoon of Thursday 17th March.
There are no special requirements, only that the garden is not used when they are spraying and that no one uses a hose or jet wash in the area immediately before or after.
Prior to completing any treatments the specialist will carry out full COSHH assessments and before spraying would ask that the area be clear of humans and pets. For a programme of deterrence to work, foxes should not be fed either directly or indirectly and once this treatment has been completed, please can we ask that residents monitor the situation and from this the specialist can plan a way forward.
