The persons responsible for your building (the Responsible Entity) have applied to the Building Safety Fund (BSF). The Fund finances the remediation of cladding on high-rise residential buildings (buildings over 18 metres) in England where there is no industry funding solution in place.

We’re writing to you as the nominated leaseholder of One Warrington Gardens, W9 2QB. As such, you have agreed with the Responsible Entity to receive emails from us (if required) and distribute BSF information to other residents in your building, notably at this initial stage.

Please find enclosed a letter from the Department. We ask that you share this information with all residents in your building. You may wish to do this by circulating the enclosed letter through letterboxes. If you do not wish to receive emails from the Department in future, please let us know and we will remove your details from our records.
