Responding inline to the questions below (will need to circle back with some more detail for you for some of them).

Re: Thursday 5th Setpember - that would be fine as my husband is around (Kevin Cc-ed). However, I have two babies one of which has a morning nap (usually until 10.30 am) and the other starts her nap around 12. This is every day. So the only time to see the whole apartment is between 10:30-12.

Nationwide building society has instructed us to carry out a Mortgage Valuation on the above property.

I have a surveyor, in the area between 9am and 1pm on Thursday 5th September would you be able to confirm what your access arrangements are.

Additionally, ahead of the inspection we also need the answers to the following questions:

 1.  What is the lease commencement date and full lease term Term : 999 years from 29 September 1995
 2.  Has the lease been extended at all – if yes at what stage is the lease renewal at?   Could you also confirm the new expiry and lease term?NO
 3.  What is the Service charge and ground rent Per Annum £
 4.  Is there a Sinking fund – if so current amount and annual payments into the fund
 5.  If the property is shared ownership:Assuming you mean government scheme where a houseing association owns a percentage and so does a tenant? If so this is not applicable here.

    *   What is the rent element?

 1.  Are there any major works proposed or recently carried out, if so approximate cost?
 2.  Is there a garage or storage with the property? YES - It  is a communal underground garage with allocated parking for each flat
