Good afternoon everyone,

I hope this email finds you all well and that you are having a good week.

Please can we remind all residents that any building and common parts defects or issues should be reported to Rufus, if he is on duty and the team at Westbourne.

Over the weekend one of the lifts was reported to the lift team with the subsequent call out report detailing "Engineer attended site and found the lift working on arrival. Whilst on site the engineer checked the bottom floor lock. Upon checking the fault logger, there was no fault recorded".  This has unfortunately resulted in an out of hours and bank holiday charge for the call out.

If you have any concerns or issues relating to any of the lifts please report them to Rufus or to Westbourne and we can then monitor the situation and ensure that all is investigated and resolved effectively.

Please note that the protocol referenced does not apply in the event of an entrapment/trap in (as the lift teams term this).  The lifts are all fitted with lift emergency phone lines and these should be used in such situations.
