Good afternoon everyone,

I hope this email finds you all well and that you had a good weekend and would like to provide an update and overview on various elements at One Warrington Gardens.

Firstly, to advise that on Saturday a person gained access to the block and stole two parcels.  This has been reported to the Police and sadly seems there are more frequent occurrences all over at the moment, with small and opportunist crimes such as this increasing. With this in mind please may we ask that any out of hours parcels are collected as soon as possible and that you are all extra vigilant and take extra care when entering and leaving the block.

We would like to remind residents not to permit access to the building to any unknown persons or delivery companies for other flats.

In addition, the second door at the entrance has been unlocked on occasion and is important that this is not unlocked, and if absolutely essential that it is securely bolted again after use.  Also, that the doors are checked to ensure that they are fully secure before leaving.

I am also taking the opportunity to reshare the buildings full all out evacuation policy, garden rules and in the event that you plan to carry out any works within your flat; the AXA Hot Work Permit.
