Good afternoon everyone,
We would like to remind you all that until the building cladding can be removed and you are advised otherwise that the building has an all-out evacuation policy in place
London Fire Brigade guidance for building evacuation:
* Leave your flat or maisonette and close the doors behind you.
* Move as quickly but as safely as you can, and don't stop to investigate or pick up valuables.
* Use the stairs to make your way out of the building - Don't use the lift.
* Call 999 as soon as you are safe to do so - don't assume someone else has made the call.
Please notify us if you need assistance to evacuate the building or reach a place of safety in the event of an emergency evacuation. Such as physical disabilities, hearing and sight loss or limited mobility and those with a temporary condition e.g. heavily pregnant or someone with an injury. Also, if you have any combustible medical equipment etc (such as oxygen) stored and used within your flat.
Finally, it would greatly appreciated if you can advise the average number of people staying in your property on a weekly basis.
NB - landlords and agents please can you ensure that this email is shared with any tenants
Kind regards,
Lynette

Importance: High
Good afternoon everyone,
We would like to advise that following the most recent fire risk assessment, in addition to adopting a new evacuation policy the building requires additional fire alarm cover until the building cladding can be removed. A waking watch will be organised until the required alarm system can be installed.
We are pleased to advise that with effect from Friday 24th May that Obinna and Bamidele will be providing a night/waking watch from 7:00pm - 7:00am. If you need to speak with them, they will be contactable on the porters mobile 07752 106 984. Obinna and Bamidele will be alternating the night shifts and may not be based at the front desk/reception as they will be carrying out regular inspections and tours of the block's common parts and exterior.
We would also like to remind you that the building has an all-out evacuation policy in place.

Good afternoon everyone,
I would like to advise that following a recent inspection that the fire risk assessors have advised that the building should adopt an all out evacuation policy in the event of a fire.
Please be aware that the following policy is now in place.
Please notify us if there are any residents who may need assistance to evacuate the building or reach a place of safety in the event of an emergency evacuation. Such as physical disabilities, hearing and sight loss or limited mobility and those with a temporary conditions e.g. heavily pregnant or someone with an injury.
The building signage will be updated in the coming week to reflect this change and in the meantime please ensure that this information is shared with any guests and contractors who are visiting the building.
Finally, please find attached a copy of the AXA Hot Work Permit, that must now be completed and sent to Westbourne in advance of any relevant works being carried out (such as boiler works etc), as a condition of the AXA building insurance.
Kind regards,
Lynette
