One Warrington Gardens - Flat access for Clarke Facades & cladding works surveyor

Good afternoon everyone,
As part of the preparation for the cladding works the appointed contractor, Clarke Facades need access to flats on 3rd, 4th, and 5th June to carry out internal condition surveys to determine the position and configuration of the flats boilers prior to the main works.   Please can you indicate what date will work best for you to provide the essential access to your flat.  In addition, if you have a specific time you would like please indicate this and we will do our best to accommodate this with the team.
 Please can you advise your preferred date and if you would like Rufus to assist with access please contact him on the front desk email in copy.

In advance of the survey it would be helpful if you can please provide information on your boilers and as detailed below:

  *   Gas boiler
  *   Electric boiler
  *   Boiler brand
  *   Boiler model
  *   Boiler serial number
  *   Installation certificate or any other supporting installation documentation?

I would also like to advise that Clarke Facades will also be completing a required asbestos survey on 4th June. This is an intrusive survey of the exterior of the building and will include the use of a tower on the patio to the rear elevation.
