We’ve realised that one of the documents for your motor insurance policy, that you should have been able to view in MyAviva has been missing. 

The missing document is the ‘Insurance Product Information Document’ (IPID). The IPID, which provides a summary of your other insurance documents , was not within your renewal documents and it should have been. 

Please note, this does not affect your policy and you remain insured with us. 
We’re sorry this was missing - we’ve now corrected the problem and you can view the document in MyAviva. 

Take a minute to read the IPID and check the cover is right for you. To do this, just login, go to your policy and look in the Documents folder. If you have any questions about your renewal or are not happy with the cover provided by this product, please contact us.
